What We Are Looking For

We are seeking to appoint a Technical Account Manager to support our Australian operations. The Technical Account Manager will support our customers through their post sales journey, provide consulting services to strategic customers and work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure best utilisation of the Airlock Digital product, by:

  • Providing training to our customers on the Airlock Digital allowlisting product and advise on best practice deployment and integration into their business
  • Educating customers on best practice use of the Airlock Digital allowlisting product within the specific context of their business
  • Supporting customers with the logging of support tickets, troubleshooting issues or support requests, in conjunction with the Customer Success Manager
  • Supporting the Customer Success Manager in technical conversations with customers
  • Developing processes to support Airlock Digital allowlisting being deployed in unique use cases

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 3 years in a technical customer facing position (such as helpdesk, service delivery or customer support)
  • Knowledge of Linux, macOS and Windows, with experience using all three on a day to day basis
  • Applicants will need to have the unrestricted right to work in Australia to be eligible for this role
  • Successful applicants will need to be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance as part of our final stages of the recruitment process

Salary is determined by a range of factors, including location, relevant work experience, skills and certifications.
